On the job site or between service stops, the last thing you need is a compressor that cuts out. This one won't. With a 100% duty cycle and a full hour of runtime at 100 psi, it keeps working so you can too.
This compressor was built for platforms that need more than the average setup—the kind found in utility fleets, expedition trucks, and military surplus vehicles. With 24V power, it draws less current, runs cooler, and delivers reliable air without overloading your electrical system. Mounted to a utility trailer or tucked into a service body, this compressor keeps up with jobs that cant pause. Blow out sprinkler lines, power a nailer, or refill an air tank between stops, it runs for the full shift without needing a cooldown or drawing down your 24V system.
This compressor fits where others won't—in a drawer system, behind the seat, or bolted to the frame. The vertical layout keeps your build clean, while the internals like sealed bearings, a PTFE piston ring, and copper wound permanent magnet motor, are built for dust, heat, and long hours. No oil changes or babying needed.
Don't waste time chasing down parts. This kit ships with a pre-wired harness, fuses, loom, all mounting hardware, and a matched unloader block that simplifies air tank integration (sold separately). That means fewer trips to the store, no wiring headaches, and a smoother install, especially if you're working solo.
The unloader block assembly is required when using this compressor with an onboard air tank (sold separately).

Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our Pacbrake HP625 Premium Series Heavy Duty Air Compressor Kit with a vertical pump head and 24 volts of power. Folks, this compressor here was built for platforms that need more than just your average setup, the kind found in maybe utility fleets, expedition trucks, and military surplus vehicles. With 24 volts of power, it's gonna draw less current, run cooler, and deliver more reliable air without worrying about overloading your electrical system. Now, this can be mounted in the utility trailer or tucked into a service body.
It's gonna keep up with all your jobs without stopping. This really is a beast. So whether you're blowing out, I don't know, air sprinkler lines or blowing out sprinkler lines, powering up nailers on the job site, those kind of things, or just refilling an air tank even between stops, this is gonna run without needing to cool down or drawing down that 24-volt system. It's a powerful 3/4 horsepower motor, and it gives you that consistent airflow that you need, again, for tire inflation, those kind of jobs and whatnot. Now, this is a vertical head configuration, so it's gonna be compact, again, fitting in those tight builds and inside maybe a compartment in the service truck or on a trailer or something.
And again, 24 volts, so it can do heavy equipment, exhibition vehicles, all those. As you can see, you got all the wiring, all the wire looms, all your electrical connectors, all your fittings, your on and off switch here, and the main manifold here and everything. And again, the nice heavy duty compressor by Pacbrake. So Pacbrake's been around for years and years. They made great quality products.
Now, one thing to mention before we go is that you will need an unloader block assembly that's gonna be required if you're gonna use this compressor with an onboard air tank. So that would be sold separately. Again, you will need an unloader block assembly if you're using this with an onboard air compressor. Again, folks, everything here you need just to do a quick, simple setup, and then you're ready to go. Folks, that's gonna wrap it up for our quick look together.
I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
