Built for the miles, this Kenda Karrier ST205/75R14 radial tire and wheel combo is rated for 2,200 lbs at 75 psi and carries an M speed rating of 81 mph. The radial construction uses double steel belts and full nylon plies to cut rolling resistance and heat buildup, giving it a long tread life and steady tracking even through long highway stretches and high temperatures. It meets DOT specifications so you can run confidently at speed.
Skip the hassle of mounting tires yourself. This setup arrives already mounted on its 14" x 5-1/2" steel wheel and aired to proper pressure. Owners note how it installs quickly—their trailers were back on the road in under an hour. It’s a simple, ready-to-install combo that feels balanced and smooth once you’re rolling.
With an 8-ply rating and Load Range D capacity, this tire handles heavy towing without flinching. Each tire supports up to 2,200 lbs at 75 psi, giving plenty of margin for tandem setups or heavier gear. The combination of double steel belts and premium rubber compounds keeps it tough under load while staying stable over rough pavement.
The Dexstar 8-spoke steel wheel holds up against the elements thanks to its corrosion-resistant white powder coat finish over an e-coat primer. It’s rated for the same 2,200-lb load as the tire, with a common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, 0 offset, 3.19" pilot diameter, and 1/2"-20 wheel bolts. The clean white finish resists rust and keeps your trailer looking sharp season after season.
This setup comes with a solid warranty—5 years on the tire, 1 year on the wheel, plus a 1-year worry-free guarantee that covers any tire damage in the first 12 months with a free replacement. It’s real peace of mind built into a combo that’s already proven itself reliable mile after mile.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Just put them on. My old rims were 20+ years old the tires were from 2008. So I guess it was time?! The karriers were easy to install and the radial tire seems good. I will be taking long trip soon so that will really tell me. But for now I'm very pleased.
In May, 3 of the 4 tires blew out on an Interstate trip every 2-3 hours.
When I received the order last August, the tires had a date code of being one year old at that time. The tire manufacturer warrantedthe tires in the end.
Great price, just as advertised
I have a 4x8 trailmate purchased 20 years ago .. original tires still on it. The side walls started to crack . Searches online and etrailer seemed to have great reviews. Well about a week later my baby got new shoes.. could not be any happier. Well informed about status and delivery.. keep up the great work.
When I ordered my wheels and tires for my trailer, they came on time, were what I had ordered, and when there was a flaw on one of them they sent a replacement quickly and I was able to take my trailer on a road trip without delay. Thank you etrailer for making me feel like I was your only customer!

I'm so glad we were able to sort this out for you in time for your trip David! Where did you go?
Appreciate e-trailers great service. Also like the wheel and tire combos! I only wish you would balance the tire and wheel assembly before selling. At 70mph, even with trailer tires, it is very important to be balanced to prevent cupping and premature wear.
Quick ship and fit like it was supposed to
Unable to rate since tires bought as spare tires for a long trip. I’ve not put tires on trailer yet. Purchase was easy and the shipping was timely.
The Tire/Wheel combo arrived in perfect condition and installed easily. The radial tires were a bit heavier than the original bias ply tires I was replacing. I anticipate the trailer will track better.
Great customer service. Great team effort!
Good product. eTrailer always ships out promptly and has consistently been a good purchasing decision.
The quality of these wheels/tires did not surprize me. I specifically ordered a larger size than my travel trailer came with and they fit great. Now I wont have to worry about these tires for the next couple yrs.
No issues with installation, quality, or anything. Works like a champ!
This is a spare tire, so it's not like I'm putting it into service immediately, which means I can't say how it works. It arrived in good condition, and I believe it will be a good spare for my 2018 Coleman Lantern 215BH. The only downfall is that I bought this in September 2019, and the date code on the DOT number of the tire decodes to the 26th week of 2017, so the tire was over 1 year old already, but that's probably typical for this type of item. Assuming it's been inside a warehouse the whole time, I don't expect the age to cause any problems. As expected, etrailer came through with great customer service and fast shipping.
This tire/wheel combo is just what I needed. It'll be going on a 20 year old cargo trailer that was just sitting outside all of that time and never towed! My first loaded tow will be a 2,500 mile one-way adventure, one not to do without a spare tire.
I have had my trailer at a remote campground all season. On a recent trip, I noticed that the tread cap on my tires was separating from the sidewalls. Not wanting to risk a blow out while towing to the nearest town, I decided to order these tire and wheel combos and replace them myself on my next trip up to the trailer. Janice, the sales rep, was extremely helpful assisting my with my order. The shipment was received when it was supposed to be. I was very impressed to see that my tires were manufactured in the 41st week of 2016. That's only 5 weeks old as we are in the 46th week now. I couldn't be happier! Please take the tires to be balanced as they do not come balanced and were far from perfect. I had them balanced and inflated to specs. I installed them yesterday and made my 400 mile trip home. No problems and the tires look no worse for wear and handled excellent.
I ordered and received a confirmation this tire for our camper one the evening of the June 29th. I received a follow-up email the following day advising that the tire had already been shipped and would be delivered on Wednesday, July 2nd. The tire arrived on time, and the shipping box was in excellent condition. The information on the tire confirms that it is the size I ordered. We will go out to the camper in a few days to verify that the tire I ordered and received, is the right size.
Very good results from the Karrier Tires. Notice the date code in lower portion of photo the tire was made the 45th week of 2016. The tires are fresh when you receive them. Just returned from 2k trip with no visible wear. Thanks! etrailer

After one year and over 10k miles the Karrier tires and wheels are looking great.
Very impressive, each tire/wheel set was individually boxed. They showed up in perfect condition. I had them balanced and installed them the day after receiving them. Jayco has new shoes. One small thing, those white sticky tags would be nicer on the back of the tire. They do not want to come off.
The tire and wheel assemblies look good. I haven’t pulled the trailer yet so this isn’t an in-use review. I couldn’t give them 5 stars because one of the assemblies needed 4 1/2 ounces of wheel weights to balance. To those of you that would argue they don’t require balancing I say this...if it rotates, if it spins it needs to be balanced! Great prices, excellent shipping services. You can’t go wrong.

Have 6000 miles on these tires now and they are wearing and riding well. I tow at 70 MPH so I balanced the tire and wheel assemblies when new.
Very fast receiving my order!! I had what I ordered within a couple of days! Very satisfied customer!! Thank you!!
I ordered 5 each Kenda Karrier ST205/75R14, load range D, rim mounted tires. I received via UPS, 5 each Loadstar Karrier ST205/75R14 105/101M, load range D tires, well packed in a timely manner in good condition. DOT manufacture codes were from the first half of 2016. I hope that helps folks that wondered about the complete tire code. I don't understand why everybody is so stingy about publishing the complete tire code when it does in fact provide the MOST valuable comparison information.
I mounted the tire/rims to my 5 on 4 1/2 hubs, torqued the nuts to specs, and drove about 20 miles round trip to a truck scale to weigh my rig. Happly, with a partial load, I was 1200 lbs under my max load. The trailer pulled good and at this point I've very happy with the purchase, considering 14 inch, load range D tires are hard to come by.
My trailer is 10 years old, and it has seen about 4K miles of travel each year. The last few of years, I've had several blow outs, initially on a 4 year old set of load range C radials which I replaced in November of 2015 with a set of load range C bias ply tires. On my third 1000 (500 miles one way) mile run this spring, I had two blowouts, one coming and one going, on the passenger side. Inspection of the passenger side wheel well indicated there had been some rubbing. From day one the clearance between the top of the tire and the wheel well has be close, around 2 inches.
As a disclaimer, I've not been the best at keeping my speed down, made some modifications to the trailer that have added about 350 lbs to the base weight, and my wife loads heavy for our dry camping excursions. These factors have probably contributed to my blowouts. After the last blow out, I decided to take some more aggressive action: I upgraded the suspension with heavy duty springs, upgraded the tires to these LRD Karriers, have taken the decision to actively manage a light cargo pack, and when not rolling I'm taking most of the weight off the tires.
Hopefully, all my actions, and Importantly, the significant upgrade to load range D tires will solve my problems.

Put about 3000 miles on the tires this spring and early summer. They are wearing well, no problems. Delighted.
It arrived fully aired up and I quickly swapped it onto my trailer to check for fitment and took it off and departed on my trip out west, I did not need to use it as a spare, but quick delivery, right size and peace of mind. will order a second one as well.
Just wheels and tires, but they work perfectly and give me confidence.
I bought this tire as a replacement spare to our trailer camper. etrailer had my exact tire when many others did not -and for a reasonable price. I liked all the specs & info provided on their webpage. It helped me know for certain that this tire fits my trailer. I especially liked their guidance on how to determine the bolt pattern - nice! Thanks etrailer.

This tire saved the day on the way to Alaska. We blew a trailer tire early that day and the factory spare on the back of the trailer was put on. Then another trailer tire went flat that afternoon. Having the extra spare tire which I bought at etrailer carried us the far distance to the next town which had tire service. I now carry both spares even if Im just going down the road to a campsite.

Purchased 4 of these tires to replace the tires on a used travel trailer. The ones that came on the trailer were newer but were a brand I could not trace the origin of and could find zero manufacturer information. I was preparing for a 1000+ trip and didn't feel comfortable with the tires that came with my new-to-me trailer. After shopping around locally, these tires were less expensive than what I could get a comparable tire for (without rim) mounted at a local chain tire store.
The Kenda Karriers shipped fast from etrailer. They were mounted and inflated perfectly and it took my son and I about 30 minutes total to make the swap.
We made the trip about ~550 miles each way in 90+ heat. I gave the tires little thought other than a check or two during the trip when I thought about it. Zero issues. Very happy with this product and the purchase experience.

Tires are still working great. Zero issues, hold air well. I have probably put about 500 miles on them since the last big trip.
