Getting your suspension geometry right keeps your trailer tracking true. This spring measures 24-7/8" from center to center of the eyes when unloaded and 13-1/4" from the center of the eye to the center pin, so it fits neatly into common hanger and shackle setups. The consistent length ensures even axle spacing and proper alignment so the suspension works like it should.
Replacing worn-out springs is a straightforward job when the details are right. This unit comes with pre-installed nylon bushings with a 9/16" inner diameter, ready for standard suspension bolts. It connects easily to hangers and shackle straps and restores the correct movement so the springs can flex and pivot smoothly over uneven ground.

I have made a couple of trips with the new setup and heard popping and creaking coming from the trailer suspension. I think the Ubolts just needed to be tightened a bit after settling in. No more sagging.
