Switching from incandescent bulbs to LEDs makes a huge difference in brightness and reliability. This 5-3/4" round amber tail light uses 10 white LEDs behind an amber lens to provide clear, high-visibility parking and turn signals. At 12.8V, it draws just 0.413 amps for the turn signal and 0.026 amps for the parking light, so it stays bright while using very little power. A built-in reflector around the flange adds another layer of visibility, helping other drivers see you even when the light isn’t on. That extra reflected light boost makes it easier to spot your trailer from multiple angles, especially at night or in low-light conditions. Plus, this LED light meets DOT and FMVSS 108 standards for legal, reliable performance on the road.
The polycarbonate housing and lens give this light solid protection against impacts and road debris. It’s built for regular use without fading or cracking, keeping your lighting setup looking clean and working reliably over time. At 5-3/4" diameter by 1-5/8" thick, it’s compact but tough enough for everyday hauling conditions.

Spent over 8 hours looking for these same exact lights before I put my bus on the road for inauguration. Went to dozens of bus dealers, and part vendors, but i couldn't even find similar. Even called the manufacture, but they advised since i wasn't a distributor, they couldn't sell to me directly, neither did any of there distributors have it. Make a long story short, etrailer saved my butt!
The lights are good but them not coming with the wiring is unbelievable. Why sell lights without a way to hook them up.

Natthan,Thank you for your review. You will need an industry standard 3 prong pigtail to wire this light. Part STL43ABX will work for you.

I received the lamps in excellent condition.I thought the young lady that took my order was excellent.I'll do business with them again.I put etrailer down as a favorite.I also look forward in doing business with them in the future because they treated me with respect on the phone.The price was good also.

Good Quality part!
PERFECT!!! The light was exactly what the picture shows and the dims were spot on. The light is all solid and the flange mount it very sturdy. We installed these on our MCI MC9/12 buses and have had no complaints. The wired right in to the current system with no issues. We will continue to purchase more of these in the future.

The LED lights STL43ABX you bought for your MCI bus are 12 volt. How did you connect them to your 24 volt MCI system?
Not necessarily the fault of Etrailer but I got this part extremely late in the mail.
