This GloLight halo trailer light stands out with its clear lens and distinct amber glow. The outer ring acts as a parking light, while the center LEDs flash for turn signals, so it’s easy to tell what’s happening even in bright daylight or nighttime conditions. Mounting this round 4-5/16" diameter by 2-3/16" thick light is straightforward. It installs in a recessed cutout using a grommet (A45GB – sold separately) and connects using a standard PL-3 3-prong plug such as A45PB or A47PB (sold separately). For setups where cutting into the trailer isn’t ideal, an optional mounting bracket (BK45BB – sold separately) works with the same grommet to make placement easy and solid.

Today we're going to be taking a look at part number STL101ACB. This is the Optronics Glow Light LED Parking Light. The taillight is going to serve as your parking light and turn signal light. It's going to feature an outer band of amber LEDs. This is going to function as your parking light and then the center amber LEDs illuminate for your turn signal lights. It's going to feature a clear lens over the amber LEDs. This is surface mount technology which is going to protect the LEDs from moisture, shock and vibration.
The diodes are going to be mounted directly onto a circuit board instead of though holes. The housing and the lens is made from a polycarbonate material. It's going to be sonically sealed and waterproof. Here on the back it's going to feature a standard three-prong connection. This does require a standard three-prong plug that's going to be sold separately as well as a rubber grommet that's sold separately for complete installation. The right angle plug is going to be part number A47PB.
You can find that right here on our website. Then your grommet is going to be part number A45GB and you can find that here as well. This is Department of Transportation compliant. It meets FMVSS 108 requirements and CMVSS requirements for automotive lighting. We'll take a look of the overall dimension of the light. It's going to give us an outer diameter or overall diameter of 4 5/16 of an inch and then the thickness is going to give us a measurement of 2 3/16 of an inch including the plug there at the back.
Power draw is at 12.8 volts so for the turn light that's going to be 0.375 amps and the parking light is going to be 0.145 amps. Optronics is going to put a lifetime warranty on the LEDs. We're going to go and hook this up to our external power source. That way you can see what it looks like with power running to it. Simply just take our three-prong plug, place it directly into the connection points and give it a nice firm push until it snaps into place. As you can see with that one there it's going to provide a nice tight fit around those connection points where nothing can get in there and damage those.
This is going to be the parking light function again using that outer band of amber LEDs and then this center LEDs are going to illuminate when we activate our turn signal. That's going to do it for today's review of part number STL101ACB. This is the Optronics Glow Light LED Parking Light. .

Optronics Are The Best
Replaced existing incandescent lights in an enclosed trailer. These LED’s are an excellent replacement, are highly visible, and good looking.
These GloLights are a major aesthetic upgrade to most other round-style taillights. Just make sure to get the correct back plug! "RMB" is the symmetric 3-pin and "RB" is the asymmetric 3-pin.
I use these for the front side marker/turn signals. I had to reinforce my frame to take them but it was worth it.
Easy quick process. The company I work for purchased a clement monstar end dump trailer and it came with these tail lights in my opinion they are the best they can be seen at anytime of day and in most weather and a cool design. These LED stop, turn, tail lights are an exceptional upgrade. They halo is a great feature and blinker lights are very bright! I truly believe these lights have made my unit safer!!!
Great lights, very bright. I like them because not many people have them and they're very eye catching. My only complaint, is trying to push them in place in the bumper with those rubber grommets, but that would be the case with any sealed light.
I really like these lights. I use them for my rear lighting and rear side marker/turn signals. I went out of the way to use these on my trailer which involved reinforcing the frame since I had to cut a large piece out to install them. Well worth it. They are bright and have a distinctive look.

These are some pretty sweet lights. Very bright and attention getting. I am constantly getting compliments on them.
The High Points-
- I bought the standard 3 prong style, works just fine with a Truck-Lite plug and with a no name one I had lying around.
- When not using driving lights both the outer and inner lights flash for turn signal. Don't remember reading about that, but it's pretty sweet(at least for the people behind me!).
- All 4 arrived in excellent shape and with all lights working.
Now, for the only negative that I can come up with-
- 2 of the lights have what I think is a sliver of white plastic stuck between the outer circle and the cover. I'm guessing it's from pressing the halves together. They can't be seen until you're very close to them, but for a $28 light it's a bit disappointing for that to get past QA.
Regardless, I highly recommend these, they are very distinctive and so far I haven't seen anyone else with them. Can't wait to be able to afford 4 more!
Light was exactly what I needed. Came out of the box in excellent condition with grease on the connectors for easy install and water protection. Replaced my burned out light and it worked perfectly.
These lights were added to my cargo trailer that I pull behind my motorcycle. These help to make sure that people see me when I am on the road. The lights were easy to install with the grommets and pigtails that I ordered at the same time. All the products worked together well and made the project easy to do. Love these lights and will buy more if needed.
Upgrading our 1998 Coleman Grandview, the old incandescent just seemed too dim.
Nice light, only suggestion would be to list some wiring options, was a bit confusing going from the old Bargman to the new LED.
But I read through the Bargman page here and got squared away.

I upgraded the tail lights in addition to the back up lights. The old lights were incandescent bulbs and weren't really that bright. These new LED tail/brake/turn signal lights are much brighter so hopefully folks behind me will have an easier time figuring out what I'm trying to do while going down the road. Make sure you order the right pigtail connector when ordering the light! I failed to do that which slowed this project down by a few days.
These lights are exactly what I needed to fix my Mastertow dolly. Shipping was fast and the parts had the exact connectors and mounting screws to match.
I like these lights. They appear to be bright in the daylight. Can't ask for me. My trailer is from 1997 and they just plugged into the existing wiring.

Very happy with the GloLights. Super bright, and cool looking with the red and amber rings around clear lens that light up red for braking and flash amber for turn signals.
