This Thinline LED light uses three red diodes to deliver bright and even illumination while drawing only 0.048 amps at 12.8V. Compared to older incandescent lights, the LEDs last up to 50 times longer, put out a cleaner light, and use less power. That means less strain on your trailer’s electrical system and no more replacing burnt-out bulbs or dealing with fragile filaments.
When space is limited, this light’s slim profile fits where bulkier housings can’t. Measuring just 3-15/16" long, 1-1/4" tall, and 7/8" thick, it mounts neatly on tight surfaces without sticking out. It accepts standard 1-prong or 2-prong plugs and surface mounts with a compatible bracket (A65B – sold separately), making it straightforward to add or replace lights in confined areas.
Worried about moisture or water intrusion? The polycarbonate housing and clear lens are sonically sealed into one waterproof unit, keeping internal components safe from corrosion or shorts. Even when submerged, the light stays protected—perfect for trailers that see rain, spray, or ramp launches.
Each P2-rated light produces a 45-degree beam to either side of its centerline for a total of 90 degrees of coverage. That pattern makes it ideal as either a clearance or side marker light when properly mounted. It’s also DOT compliant for dependable visibility that meets safety standards.
The tough polycarbonate construction resists cracking and wear from vibration or impact. Since the LEDs are solid-state, there are no filaments to fail—and they’re backed by a lifetime warranty. Once installed, you can count on this light to keep shining trip after trip without maintenance headaches.

To answer your question, the lights are still working well on the enclosed car trailer. Getting it ready for inspection and we will then be ready for another car show season.
Used to replace standard incandescent bulb housing for identification lights on my trailer. Easy to swap the new ones in, and they have great light output.
