Can I get this part in clear lens with led clear lights? Optronics ThinLine Clearance or Side Marker Light w/ Chrome Bracket

The Optronics ThinLine Clearance or Side Marker Light # MCL65CRB does have a clear lens but it lights up in red. If you're looking for a clear lens with white LEDs, the closest option is the Optronics ThinLine LED Utility Light # UCL65CB. This light has the same ThinLine design but uses white LEDs behind a clear lens.
If you also need the mounting hardware, the Black Bracket and Single Wire Plug # A65PB is the correct bracket and wiring pigtail for the Thin Line series trailer lights.
