Today we're going to be taking a look at the Optronics Fender Clearance LED Submersible Trailer Light, part number MCL65CARB. This trailer clearance light lights up red in the rear and amber in the front. It's going to help you remain DOT compliant for trailers over 80" wide. You want to be sure and pick up 2, 1 for either side. You can simply mount it to the top or side of your fender to help you highlight your trailer's widest point. It has a sonically sealed waterproof housing and is completely submersible, and because the lights are LEDs, it's going to be more efficient and last a long time. When putting your light on, you want to be sure and identify which is the rear and which is the front, so there's a little sticker on the back for the red, which we want to have pointing toward the rear and we just simply line up the plugs, and push it in place.
