The Tandem Axle Teardrop Trailer Fenders for Enclosed Trailers # HP74VR are really close to the specs you referenced and while they don't have a "standing" weight capacity, if you give them enough support you should be able to step up onto them if/when needed.   While we might not have an exact replacement we do have two options that might work depending on the spacing of your axles. Part # HP64VR is design to fit 16" wheels and is 9" Wide x 68" long x 17" tall. Part # HP74VR is also designed to fit 16" wheels but is a bit larger at 72" long x 10-3/4" wide x 20-1/2" tall. This should work as long as the fenders sit on the outside of the trailer body. If this is for an enclosed trailer where the wheel wells are built into the body of the trailer then you'll need to look into a direct replacement from Featherlite.
