Can I Bolt on the Tandem Axle Teardrop Trailer Fenders?

Question:
i am looking at your trailer fenders and I have 1 question on the 72 x 16 Tandem finders can I bolt them right to the bed of the trailer?

The Tandem Axle Teardrop Trailer Fenders for Enclosed Trailers item # HP74VR you were looking at can be bolted to the side of your trailer. They can also be welded on. I have linked an installation video below.
