Hey Thomas!
Sounds to hear what happened. A blowout is never fun to have to deal with. When you say dual tires do you mean two tires on each side per axle, tandem axle where the axles are close to one another, or two axles spread spart?
For a tandem axle set up we do have fenders that are best for 15"-16" tires. The most common size of fender is 72" inches long and 10-3/4" wide. The part number for with a backing plate is # HP92VR , without the backing plate is part # HP74VR. We also do have one that doesn't have that center tear drop which is part # HP84VR
All of these fenders are 6-gauge cold-rolled steel that can be primed and painted to match your trailer. If left unpainted, you may see rust form pretty quickly depending on your environment.
If I totally missed the mark on what kind of fender you're needing. You can comment below and let me know!

The tear drop fenders with back plate are heavy duty and well made. They can either be welded on or bolted or combination of the two. I chose to weld mine on applying multiple beads about 2” long, spaced about 5” apart.
