12" x 2" Driver's-side electric trailer brake assembly fits 7,000-lb axles. Mounting flange has a 5-bolt pattern. Nev-R-Adjust brakes require little maintenance. Fits 14-1/2" to 16-1/2" wheels.

Just finished installing a set of 6 on a trailer. These Dexter assemblies are the only way to go. The quality is excellent and delivery was quick.

The brake assembles were packed on top of each other, when arrived, they were scratched and nicked from shipping, need to put some packing in between the items.
Plan on to buy two more sets, want to make sure these fit alright.

Only three of the four parts arrived yesterday and I had planned on completing the work when the order arrived so the trailer was ready for this weekend's barrel race. I called and waited on line to find out that the last part will come a day later, Hopefully the drum comes in time to complete the work. Our UPS deliveries usually comes later in the day unfortunately.
My 40' 5th wheel came with Dexter axles & manual adjust brakes. They were a constant pain to get adjusted evenly and so they didn't overheat. These self-adjusting brakes are an easy upgrade. No more uneven brakes, even when applied hard. If I get another trailer with manual adjust brakes I will upgrade to these first thing. The best upgrade I've done on my 5th wheel in the past 5 years.
OEM Dexter parts well worth the cost. Brakes are very important in the scenarios I use my trailer. You definitely feel 6 brand new brake setups behind you! etrailer kept me well informed through the process on order status. Shipping was quick. Will be shipping etrailer for any of my trailer stuff going forward.
Packing was awesome, the last time I ordered brake assemblies from etrailer the packing was horrible. Brake pads had chunks missing from smashing into each other.

working great. thinking about upgrading to disc breaks next year
Definitely could have been packaged so the brake assemblies were not contacting each other during shipment. They were not damaged, but some packing material between the assemblies is preferred. These are direct replacements/upgrades for my 2013 Fuzion 2 axle 5th Wheel 12x2 electric brakes. Dexter makes quality products and these are of their usual top quality! Highly recommend these as a replacement/upgrade because stopping is a wonderful thing!

I ordered a set of brake assemblies for a dual axle 14K # trailer on Thursday with expected delivery on late Monday or Tuesday & they were delivered 2 pm Saturday.
