Moisture and road spray can ruin a light fast, but not this one. The housing and lens are completely sealed to keep out water, making it fully submersible. The circuit board is enclosed so water can’t reach the diodes or wiring. Whether you’re on rain-soaked highways or backing into the water, you don’t have to worry about leaks or corrosion cutting your trip short.
Installing this light is simple and clean. It surface mounts flat against your trailer using the built-in flange—no deep recess needed—and the centered wiring harness only needs a 3/4" hole for pass-through. The distance between mounting holes is 13-13/16" center-to-center for easy alignment. The wiring is clear and direct: white for ground, black for running lights, red for stop/turn.
Rough roads and vibration are no issue thanks to the rugged polycarbonate base and acrylic lens. These materials resist cracks and fading over time while keeping the LEDs protected inside. At just 1-1/4" tall and 1/2" deep, it keeps a slim profile that looks clean on any trailer setup without sticking out where it can snag or get damaged.

This was purchased to replace a third brake light on my snowmobile hauling deck the stock got moisture inside and about half the LEDs inside stop lighting. The one I purchased from etrailer is completely sealed no way for moisture to get inside works great.
they worked great makes the trailer look better
They last about a 3 months. I mounted 4 of these on my flatbed and within one month I had a 1/4" of water inside of them. I drilled drain holes in the bottom of them and then after another 3 months, started loosing LEDs in each. Very dissatisfied. Have since gone to another website for my flatbed and all my trailer tail lights.
