When you’re pulling heavy loads, a solid axle keeps your trailer tracking straight. This round axle beam is rated for 7,000 lbs and built from high-strength steel for controlled, steady towing. It measures 94" from hub-face-to-hub-face and 79" from spring-center-to-spring-center, giving you a precise fit that supports even tire contact and balanced handling on the road. The slight bend in the tube creates a zero-camber angle so the tires stay flat on the pavement for smoother acceleration and less wear.
Keeping bearings lubricated doesn’t have to be a chore. The straight Easy Grease spindles each have a built-in grease zerk, so you can pump in new grease without taking apart the hub. That means faster, cleaner maintenance and bearings that last longer. The spindles use 25580 inner and 14125A outer bearings and a GS-2250DL seal with a 2.25" inner diameter, giving you an exact match for standard 7,000-lb hub assemblies.
A stable suspension starts with the right mounting setup. The spring seats are welded to the underside of the 3" axle tube for an underslung design. This lowers the trailer’s ride height, making it easier to load and unload while keeping the frame steady. The welded seats and spindles come installed and aligned, so the axle is ready to mount leaf springs (sold separately) without extra fabrication.
Weak welds can ruin a good axle. This one uses a patented welding process that’s 40% stronger than standard methods, preventing spindle failure over time. Easy to install, great quality and has performed flawless, used it on the front axle of my tandem axle skid loader trailer.
Welds looked good however the assembler failed to rotationally align the weld on spindle/brake mounts properly. One was about 3 degrees off and the other side was an 9.5 degrees from the 12 oclock position. Not sure about the thickness of the tube. Kind of strange to look at when the top of the brake system is not at 12 oclock. Found this after I removed the spring pads on this 2.1 degree camber axle so I had to jig the tube to fine zero toe to locate the new pads as the 2.1 camber tube changes wheel alignment depending on the bend/ springpad relationship. Not sure the AVG JOE is going to be able to move the spring pads when the brake mounts can't be used as a reliable ref point. If the toe is off from improper pad rotational location. the trailer will eat tires at best or worse cause a loss of controlled tracking and someone could get get killed.

The product seems perfect but both grease fittings on the axle got smashed and transport I have to replace them
Everything is working perfect with that replacement axle. I have definitely put it to the test a lot of miles with a lot of weight. Very highly recommended.
Great customer service quick delivery on orders
The threads on one spindle were damaged. One spindle had a rubber cap protecting the spindle threads, but the other side did not. I doubt the damage occurred during shipping since the axle was well wrapped. I was able to get the spindle nut started (after many attempts) and straighten out the threads. Other than thread issue, the new axle fit perfectly.
The axle fit great. Just what I ordered. The reason for 4 stars is because the packing did not protect the grease zurc on 1 side. There was a rubber guard that protected 1 side but not the other. Without the cover, the grease zurc was damaged during shipment.
So far performing well. Have not been able to use trailer yet as much as I wanted to, don't use the grease nipples. Its easy to regrease without.
Part was an exact fit
Seems like a quality product. Did not come with nuts for the brake retaining studs though. They are 3/8-24 for anyone who needs to know. I couldn't find this info in the description.
Great price and good quality. 3500 lbs 4 in 74 in spring ct . Like center grease to rear bearing hole. Packed then removed zerk and then used bearing buddy
The product is very good, but the method of shipping was terrible. Originally, I ordered this about a month ago and the first one was shipped to me by USPS which I never received. I had to call Amy to re-order another one 2 weeks later. The second one was sent by UPS and I received it within four days. Amy is very helpful.

Received exactly when expected. I realize they where odd shaped items but I think they could’ve been packaged a little better than plastic wrap. The rubber boot over the spindle was a great touch but the flange bolts were unprotected. Other than packaging I was very pleased with my order and they bolted right up.
I could not find the exact axle for my 2006 Carryall tandem axle trailer. This one was a perfect fit between spring perches but increased the distance between wheels by one inch. Also had to use a wheel seal with a larger ID. This was not a problem at all. I will be replacing the front axle shortly. The originals had a rust issue where the spring gripes (u-bolts) hold the axle. Well built product!
The axles that I ordered last year are still working out great. But even better than the parts was the service I got from etrailer. It was so great working with a company who took the time to listen to my project and help me get the right parts I needed, especially coming right off the heels of a terrible experience dealing with bad information and wrong parts from a competitor. Even with some damages in shipping, the returns/ and replacements were no hassle, with most issues being quickly resolved and not even costing me any additional downtime. I have checked all of our stock as well as gotten in contact with the manufacturer and these are most definitely supposed to come with the castle nuts. Let me get you over to our customer service department for them to get you the missing nuts.
