I need to replace a Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles Weight capacity: 7,000 lbs The hub face is the measurement of the flat surface where the wheel mounts onto your hub to the exact same spot across the axle. I do have one option for you as currently the narrowest 7,000LB Axle # e93GR is 94" from hub to hub. The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # TASR7KS01 allows you to remove the leaf spring suspension and bolt the assembly to the trailer frame. This system utilizes Timbren Aeon progressive springs for a smoother ride on your trailer. The hub face will sit 6-1/4" from the frame of the trailer with the axle centerline 3-1/2" below the trailer frame. This spindle is the same size used on most 7,000lb axles with a 2-1/4" grease seal.
You can install a new Electric Brake Kit # TRU96FR and Hubs # 42866UC3-EZ depending on the condition of your current parts.
If you wish to have a axle made you can visit your local Dexter dealer and they will be able to place an order for a custom axle matching the measurements of your current axle.
