This 2,000 lb round trailer axle keeps your trailer tracking true with a carefully engineered bend in the beam. That slight upward crown gives your tires even contact across the tread for steady, in-line towing and even wear. At 60" from hub face to hub face and 48" from spring center to spring center, it’s designed for balanced support and confident road manners wherever you go.
No need to pack bearings or mess with extra parts—the cast iron idler hubs come pre-greased and assembled with bearings, races, seals, and lug nuts already in place. Each hub uses matching L44649 bearings and L44610 races with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, ready for 13" to 15" wheels. The built-in grease zerk makes it simple to maintain with a grease gun so your hubs stay smooth and cool mile after mile.
The axle’s underslung setup has the spring seats welded to the underside of the 1-3/4" diameter beam so your trailer rides lower. That means easier loading and unloading and a solid, stable stance. The welded spindles and spring seats come pre-aligned, so you can bolt up your leaf springs (sold separately) without extra fabrication.
Made from high-strength steel and welded using a patented process that produces 40% stronger joints, this axle is built to last. It’s CSA, QAI, and SAE-N certified for tested safety and reliability. The 6-1/4" hub diameter and 1.988" grease cap flange diameter match standard parts for easy maintenance while keeping the system tight and secure under load.
With its 1/2"-diameter wheel studs, 1-5/16" stud length, and standard 10-9 grease seal (1.50" inner diameter, 1.987" outer diameter), this axle fits common hardware so everything bolts together cleanly. Whether you’re replacing an old beam or starting a new build, the dimensions and fit are dialed in for dependable performance and easy upkeep.

I had to return this product because it would no fit my trailer. My trailer was the issue, not the axle. From what I could see w/o out removing packaging, it looked like a good axle

Arrived today, looks good except for one of the grease zerks is damaged from shipping. Bearings are Chinese but I plan to upgrade them in a year or two.
Easy to work with company. Very helpful in helping me to select the correct axle. The videos installation were helpful. I have been traveling around the country with the new actual on my small mini camper and it's worked out great.

I was a little disappointed that the picture showed the axle assembled, when it arrived it came in two parcels. I can assemble and pack the bearings no problem. Should of said assembly is required for use.
I'm currently installing it to replace a practically good Axle but the Spindle on the original Axle doesn't have Cotter Pins. A friend suggested I change the bearings since the wheel was wobbling but after I changed them, the wheel continued to come off. After watching U-Tube Videos, everyone of them had Cotter Pins, so I decided to be safe rather than sorry and replace the Axle with one of yours plus now ALL the bearings are NEW with New Hubs, WELL WORTH THE MONEY I SPENT.

Ive used the trailer sparingly but at least the wheel no longer wobbles or comes off on its own, still very satisfied with the Cotter Pin outfit

Needed to beef up my little trailer project from a 4 lug to a 5 lug st up.These were perfect, and arrived quickly!
Easy to install
Axle came pretty quick and we'll packaged. Hubs came in separate boxes. Took out the old one and attempted to put in new one. The mount brackets on the new ones are a full inch apart farther than the original, therefore it doesn't fit. Not sure what to do.

I was forced to modify the axel and trailer mount to make it fit. Was a pain as I have limited tools, however trailer works just fine. Shouldnt have had to do it, but dont know where the problem lies.....axel or trailer?

My son converted the small trailer that this axle was used on from carrying a small quad to an overland camping trailer. Its been all over Texas and all the way up to Montana and back. No issues. Still highly recommended.
Looks to be a well made product but I was disappointed to see it was not US made.. I went with this axel because it is far superior to any I could find for small farm trailer use.. The hubs I got and measured are roughly 2-1/2 inches or 63mm and I could not find this in the specs.. My rims will fit but won't be hub-centric so they will be centered and ride on the lug nuts alone.. I am cutting a foot out of the center of the axle then splicing it together to narrow it for my application so no warranty for me.. This axle and pair of hubs with real bearing should last a very long time on the farm hauling dirt, mulch, stones, firewood..
