In order to find if the Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 60" Long - 2,000 lbs # e82GR will fit your Carry-On Trailer you will need to measure the current axle. From what I have found you have the capacity right, this trailer uses a 2,000 lb axle. The only thing you will need to find is the hub face to hub face measurement. This axle measures 60" so if your current axle matches, it will fit your trailer.

I have attached a helpful diagram showing where you need to measure. We have 60" and 72" 2,000 lb axles available. If you find that your measurements do not match these lengths then your only option would be a universal system like the Timbren # A20RS545.
