The Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 60" Long - 2,000 lbs # e82GR is compatible with 13-15" wheels and tires. This means it will not work with 12" tires.
For an axle and hub setup that will work with 12" wheels I recommend the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with Standard Spindles - 60" Long - 2,000 lbs # T20BTR-6048 for the axle. Then you can use the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2K Axles - 10" to 12" Wheels - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-545-2-2K. This has the same capacity, bolt pattern, and is compatible with 10-12" wheels.
