The product arrived in good condition, on time and all parts were in the package. I haven't installed it yet but see no problems.
I wish they had a rating lower than poor. Product installation instructions are extremely poor. Kit is so universal it doesn't fit anything. The 90 minute installation time is just what it takes to read and try to figure out the poor instructions. Curt needs to have they documentation department actually do an installation based on their own instructions to find out just how bad they really are. I now know why the installation performed on my other truck looks so bad. I thought it was they installers, but it is actually the fault of the kit and the included materials. An engineer and toolmaker for 42 years proved to be my only saving grace. It is lucky for me I have a machine shop in my garage to make the parts that were needed to complete the installation. I would not recommend this kit to anyone, pro or novice. The only part of the instruction that was correct was when they tell you to drop the spare tire for better access. A major pain to install and to make safe. This issue is more with Curt and not with E-trailer.
Great product second one first was a ford 250 worked great got the custom set up .The next was for a dodge 3500 crew duelly 2011 ordered it on a Wednesday got it Friday afternoon that was fast shipping have not installed it yet but the kit is a custom for my truck came as stated all parts accounted for will use this company every time oh a shout out to my sales girl Renee she was A great help kit No. was C16420-104 for Curt K16
Instructions were good all the parts and pieces were there. Installation time was a little off but when working in your driveway it still works out in a timely manor.
Installation went smooth and rails work as they should.
The video is priceless, without it the install would be more difficult. The quality of the kit is high. I'd recommend it for any Dodge owner.

Excellent product. I had to enlarge a frame hole in order to get the necessary pieces in. A long screwdriver and a strong punch helped get the tube spacers in place. It took me longer than 90 minutes to install, but it was not a problem. I would buy the exact same thing again. Ordered late Wed. night and I had it on Monday. Great product, great service.

I had to shim my installation on the front bracketsIt did not make sense the shimmingIf you installed it the way the installation showed it would have crusted the bed down8 BLIPPING hr. install up down up down up down up down on and onrear bracket are good though SUCKED
