Front-end sag from heavy equipment or add-ons can throw off handling and headlight aim. The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System adds up to 4,000 lbs of load support, working with your factory setup to keep the vehicle level under front-axle weight. Each hollow rubber spring mounts in constant contact with the axle to take on stress as it’s added, so steering, braking, and traction stay consistent even when carrying serious weight.
When bumps and dips hit, these Aeon hollow rubber springs take the edge off. Their convoluted, progressive design compresses in stages—soft at first for comfort, then firmer as weight builds—to cushion rough roads and absorb shock before it reaches the cab. That means a smoother ride when loaded and less wear on your factory suspension over time.
Each spring works on its own side of the vehicle, helping it stay balanced through corners or off-center loads. When crosswinds or sudden turns try to shift your weight, the independent action keeps the front end planted and reduces body roll. You feel more control pulling into uneven driveways or making sharp maneuvers with a front-heavy setup.
The Timbren system mounts directly to vehicle-specific brackets that replace the factory bump stops. With no drilling required and all hardware included, installation is straightforward using basic tools. Once bolted up, the springs are always in position to support your suspension—no air lines, compressors, or adjustments needed—just dependable front-end stability every time you load up.

Have them on several trucks now and couldn't imagine running snow plows without anymore.
The front Timbren are working very good.The rear not so good
Install was straightforward. Hardest part was getting the old bump stops out. Sway was greatly reduced on the Interstate and the rock and roll by passing semis was greatly reduced. Wish I had bought these sooner!
Pretty pricey but well worth it. Put these all the way around at the same time as new rear leaf springs on our c7500 topkick and it made a huge difference. It's a top heavy bucket truck and it would rock and roll just turning a corner to the point it was downright scary. Now thats greatly reduced. They also smoothed out the ride especially when loaded more than I expected.
Install was simple, perfect fit. Worst part was grinding out the rivet on the old bracket
These bumpstops really work, they stop the front end vibration before it travels through the shocks and springs, for a smooth ride
I haven/t installed them yet. I think I should have gotten a discount for the age of the "box"s the Timbrens were in. May be a credit ,, Brad
It good but one side with no bump had to be put spacer but the spacer was flat so the bolt did not have a lot of thread so I grind the spacer a bit so it could stay flush otherwise this might solve the problem of outter tire wear that ford transit has will find out soon
I love these things. They are worth the upfront expense. I have them on two ¾'s, one ½, and a minivan for road trips. This particular set is full-time active up front. I have a 2" leveling kit and I'm in em no matter what. Zero complaints though. Solid performance through all aspects. I don't run any front-end attachments.
I have a 2006 Kodiak 2 wheel drive. Timbrin firmed up the front end to much. There in full contact with the spring. I think it to stuff and I might be removing them. The install was straight forward. Parts are as expected and quality of Timbrin is great. Just not enough cush..
Great ordering, shipping time, cost, and supporting information. We added a snow plow and the product did everything as advertised.

Great product would recommend and buy again. Instalation was a snap did it in about 2 hours front and rear.
Complete game changer in the way my suspension rides with the plow on the front of the truck. The "V" nose plow used to scrape the ground every time there was a pothole or dip in the road. Now that problem no longer exists.
These are great, but would not line up correctly on the front of my nissan frontier to get an even load. I sent pics to etrailer and talked to a "suspension specialist" and was told that it was normal to have the timbren to be mashed down on one corner rather that and even depression. I called/sent the same pics to timbren and they sent me some tapered shims and longer bolts free of charge, so they would line up to get an even load on the timbrens. They also said that they should have been sent with the shims and longer bolts because this alignment problem was not unusual. Great product, but less than impressed with the decision made by etrailer.
They work great! They fit, noticed a ride quality difference immediately.
Here is my install on my 2WD Ford Explorer front. Easy job, I don't recommend installing these with lowers suspension as the ride is too harsh, I adjust mine back to stock. Works the way I need them to.
When I installed these on my 2015 Nissan frontier sv, the bump stops did not sit square with the top plate, but at an angle I wasn't sure how this would effect travel of the timbrens or the function. Not sure if others have same issue or not. Long story short, this positioning caused excessive stress on the mountingnut location and tore at the bottom right next to the mounting bolt. Timbren was contacted and a replacement was sent free of charge. Excellent customer service- friendly, great attitude to help me out. Performance - handles larger bumps/dips better but smaller ones are felt more. Stiffens up front, notice wind gust influence substantially less. Do feel performance has diminished after a year. Upgrading shocks/coils for lift and better ride. May remove timbrens altogether. Someone with a plow would appreciate these more.
