Im getting a 2 inch level lift kit for my truck. Trying to figure out if I need additional spacers for the front.

The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System like part # TFXF1004A should be in constant contact with the front end. If you have a gap from your leveling kit then you will want to use the Timbren 1/2" Spacer for Raised Frame Vehicles
part # TA25722-90P00 that you asked about. It is likely you will need them or the larger Timbren 1" Spacer For Raised Vehicles part # A25723-90AH00 to make up the difference.
