Question:
I need to help my stock suspension when towing a pop-up tent trailer toy hauler. My towing capacity is 5k lbs and Ill be close to that when fully loaded. Do you recommend the Timbren or Super Springs set up? I also need an adapter to connect my 4 pin flat coming from the Xterra into the 6 slot with center pin female round connector on the trailer. The trailer is a tandem axle and I believe it has electric brakes so I will likely also need a suggestion on a brake controller? Thanks for your time.

If it were me, I'd go with the Timbren suspension system.
While both the # TFXF1004A and the # TNRXT4 systems will fit your 2004 Nissan Xterra, you may be more comfortable with the Heavy Duty Timbren springs. The Timbren Heavy Duty Suspension System # TNRXT4 is going to have more than enough capacity to tow your setup.
For wiring up your connector you will need the universal wiring kit # ETBC7, this will allow your trailer to plug to your vehicle's wiring.
I like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 because it is a proportional brake controller which means it senses how the tow vehicle is slowing or stopping and applies the trailer's brakes with the same intensity. It also has a full display screen instead of codes that need deciphering.
I've linked a video of the ETBC7 being installed on a similar vehicle to yours for your convenience.
