Jounce Bumper Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for a 2021 Nissan Titan

Updated 08/30/2024 | Published 08/27/2024

Question:

Hello, I have a 2021 Nissan titan sv king cab 4X4. I am interested in the timbren load levelers or the sumosprings. I have watched all the videos on your web page, I understand the sumo springs are better for overall driving unloaded, my question is I do not think 1500 or 1800lb capacity is enough. which are the black sumosprings, do you sell the yellows I believe are higher capacity to fit my truck? also, what is the capacity of the yellow sumosprings. here is a picture of my truck the day I purchased it just over a few weeks ago, still looks exactly the same. pic added below could you please advise which load helpers to use? as I farm and always use the trailer for towing or hauling. the ride I like, but a stiffer ride is ok as well. Also, I am wanting to purchase the timbren front load levelers as well. any info or ideas I need to think about prior to making the investment? could you please provide all part numbers in your response? thank you so much. please note I have owned several trucks in my life, using air bags, not a big fan, always seemed they needed air after only sitting a day or so, had Hellwig helper springs once, not a fan due to the noise they would make going across a field, used air shocks before with coil springs around them, cant remember the name, but they were ok. do you sell anything like that for my truck? maybe they were a heavy-duty shock with a adjustable coil shock over them. Any and all info you could give me would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Thanks for reaching out and all of the information, Dusty!

With everything you said, I believe the best suspension kits for your 2021 Nissan Titan will be the Timbrens:

- Front # TFXF1004A
- Rear # TNRTTNB

The heaviest-duty SumoSprings for your truck is the Black Kit # SS95GR rated for 1,500 lbs. If you feel like you need more suspension help than that, the Timbrens are what you need to go with.

The air springs and shock combination you referenced sounds like a good option, but that sounds like much more of an overhaul suspension kit than a supplemental system like the Timbren or SumoSprings would be.
