Will these fit a 2016 Nissan Frontier SV 4x4 Crew Cab with a 2-2.5 inch lift kit? Will I need a spacer? Thanks!

Yep, the Timbren front suspension enhancement will indeed fit your 2016 Nissan Frontier (including your SV model) with a 2 inch lift. You will need a couple spacers on each side though for your lift; I'll go ahead and list out exactly what you'll need:
