Heavy trailers, campers, or bed cargo can make the rear sag and the front rise, throwing off handling and braking. The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System adds up to 8,600 lbs of rear support to keep your vehicle level and stable when hauling or towing. Each hollow rubber spring mounts above the axle to share the load with your factory suspension, improving traction and steering control when the weight is on.
Empty or loaded, road shock can make every bump feel harsh. These Aeon hollow rubber springs flex easily over light bumps but get progressively stiffer as more weight is added. The barrel-stack design cushions the ride on rough roads and helps prevent bottoming out, taking strain off your leaf springs and extending suspension life.
When you haul an off-center load or turn sharply, body roll can make the vehicle feel unsteady. Each Timbren spring works on its own side of the axle to counter sway and roll, keeping you more stable through corners and crosswinds. The improved balance also helps reduce trailer sway so everything behind you tracks straighter.
You don’t need compressors, hoses, or gauges to get reliable load support. This system bolts in place using vehicle-specific brackets and replaces your factory bump stops—no drilling required. Once installed, it automatically adjusts with load weight for a level ride every time without any maintenance or air pressure checks.

Easy to install and working as expected.
I never received the item so I canceled and ordered through [online store] I got it the following day. Now, months after I canceled my order, I received this empty box with and note from the mail carrier stating that he delivered an empty box.
Haven't tried them out yet with the trailer, but install was fast and simple. Looks great and has not changed the ride unloaded, as some reviews had suggested. Will know more after hauling horse.
Really helps my truck when I am pulling my fifth wheel.
Service was awesome and fast! I put them in my F350! Not being very good at mechanics I was still able to put them in myself! I haul large loads of wood and our camper. We have had great results with this product!!

Works great! We tow a 30 FT bumper puller camper. He seem to haul a ton of stuff with us to camp and these work great for the sag! I would recommend them!
I feel it's the best system out there. I recommend it to everyone I know.
Products came before promised and etrailer matched lower price I could have gotten [online] for the same products.

I didn't know what to expect with these rubber springs, but I was pleasantly surprised. The truck rides stiffer empty, but that was to be expected. Truck does not sag at all even fully loaded or pulling a heavy trailer. Well worth the price. And easy to install too.
I Ordered this set for my F350 and the package arrived on Saturday afternoon. I went to the mail box to find the timbren box to be empty and resealed. I got on the phone and called etrailer and spoke with Lori who took my information and asked for a few photos of the package. She assured me not to worry another one would be on its way. That Monday was A holiday with no mail and by lunch on Tuesday I had received my package from them. This day in age it’s hard to talk to a real person when you have a issue but to get a live person on a Saturday afternoon who actually cares and follows through is unheard of. I have ordered a few products from etrailer and I would recommend them to anyone. They list the shipping process start to finish leaving no questions asked. Thanks again for being a great company.
Great product, has held up well. If you are looking for a smooth ride when the vehicle is unloaded, this is probably not your best choice, but works great when the truck is loaded with my camper.

Perfect
2000 f350 drw with timbren 8950 rated spring. I originally bought air bags but the kit didn't work for my truck and I seen the timbren and sumosprings. I opted for the timbren due to the 8950 lb rating for use on my truck. These we so so simple to install like must people claim. While hauling my Arctic Fox camper I noticed a huge improvement. No white knuckle and the handling was amazing. I will always buy these in the future. With the 8950lb springs the ride wasn't too stiff either, I feel it was perfect. On the winding corners in the mountains my truck felt as if I didn't have the camper on it
They work great
Product installed fine and worked well. They've held up well for about a year now driving in snowy conditions where salt is used. If I had to do it over I would have purchased air bags. I was on the fence and went this route hoping it would be a install and forget solution. These are stiffer and not adjustable for load leveling which creates a rough driving experience with my rig. On my next truck I'll be installing airbags.
This is the 3rd time I have purchased the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System. I have always been satisfied with the ease of installation and the effectiveness of these springs, whether I am pulling a tow behind trailer, a 5th wheel or carrying a load in my truck. The only thing I did different this time is I purchased the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System with the TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrade. I will post a review on the complete purchase once I install these in addition to the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System.
Far less expensive than an air bag system with compressor. I live and operate in NW Montana and will never have maintenance issues caused by wear or weather. I know many of my coworkers use Timbren on ranch and logging trucks with them being in service 13+ years without issue. ETrailers price was the best I found and it was exceptional transit time.
These are easy to install and work well. Road bumps are rougher when empty but not so much when loaded. I like these timbren bumpers. I have air bags on my other truck which I like too but they took a lot more time and effort to install. However you can let the air out and be back to original ride. They're nice too. If you have a truck that is loaded all the time like with a camper then the timbren are a good solution otherwise for daily driving with occasional load the air bags are superior.

I dont like them very much. Serious bouncing with a heavy trailer load.
I bought this helpers for my long trip coming up, at first it took me a bit to figure it out, since my truck and the instructions are different, but once I found out how everything went, it was a very quick process to put them on. Very happy with this timbren rear suspension system.
2001 F350 with a 30' heavy gooseneck camper. Major improvement. The only downside is, since my springs are older and sag a bit from factory, unloaded ride is uncomfortable since it doesn't have a gap. Only use it for pulling so it's okay.
Haven’t had it on long, but so far so good. 1999 F350 dually. Bolted up nicely. Total job took 10 minutes. Have hauled two gooseneck loads of hay and truck drives SO much better. Nice and level. Money well spent so far.

After one year still working like day one. Probably one of the best modifications I’ve ever done to this truck. Won’t have a hauling truck without them going forward.

etrailer website made it easy to determine correct Timbren system needed for my vehicle. Very straight forward install on my 1999 Ford F350. Good instructions came with with kit. Had to mount using the predrilled offset holes on the bracket so suspension rubber would be centered on the axle. Good communication from the sales rep. on shipment and arrival dates. Very satisfied!
