The correct Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System for your 2001 Ford F-350 4x4 is part # TFR350SDE. The other two choices you have for the rear either require drilling or are designed for commercial applications. The above is a direct fit and will do an excellent job of giving you extra support for towing or hauling.
