When you hook up a trailer or load down the bed, rear-end sag can throw off your steering and braking. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate air helper springs add up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling support so your truck stays level front to back. That means safer headlight aim, steadier handling, and less strain on brakes and tires when hauling or towing heavy gear.
Every job or trip brings a different load. These air bags let you fine-tune air pressure from 5 psi to 100 psi so you can dial in the perfect balance between comfort and support. Inflate both equally to keep things level front to back or adjust them independently for side-to-side leveling when cargo is off center. Manual inflation valves and air lines are included, and a compressor system can be added if you want in-cab control later on.
Built-in jounce bumpers inside each air spring act as a safety backup in case pressure drops. They engage progressively under load to absorb bumps and minimize bottoming out without a harsh impact. Because they’re made from closed-cell urethane, they work quietly and smoothly while giving extra protection for your suspension if an air bag ever loses air.
These springs are designed for real work environments. The 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber air bags are protected by Air Lift roll plates that guard against contact with moving parts and increase load capacity. High-strength Zytel nylon endcaps are lighter and more corrosion resistant than steel, extending the life of the suspension system through years of heat, cold, and road grime.
With brackets, hardware, manual valves, and air lines in the box, setup is straightforward. The system mounts to existing points on the rear axle and frame using common hand tools. Once installed, a quick inflation through the bumper-mounted valves gets you ready for the next haul without extra shop time or special equipment.

Im very happy with the air bags. I rv full time, so I tow a 14,000lb 5th wheel. The bags keep my 34ton truck level. The bags dont have much if any effect on the ride. Id buy them again

These continue to work flawlessly and my primary use is to give me some adjustability while towing our Airstream trailer. We have it paired with the wireless compressor and can add air on the fly while towing.

These air bags have been great. A year of constant load driven on highway and 4x4 roads and no problems. Only added air once. I would highly recomend!
