Will the Ride Rite 2598 fit a 2022 RAM 2500 Power Wagon, as these come with a factory 2 inch lift over non Power Wagons?

Yes, they will! The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2598 installs in place of the factory bump stops which means there will not be any issues using this kit on the 2" taller Power Wagon model of your 2022 Ram 2500.
I have linked an installation video below to help you get them set up.
Please note that these air bags do not work with gooseneck or 5th wheel hitch brackets. If you have an in bed hitch or plan on having one some day you'll want to install the Air Lift item # AL88289 instead.
I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
