Specs:
The bases of these Rhino Rack legs easily mount into Thule or Yakima roof-rack tracks. After the initial setup, you can leave the bases in the tracks.
Molded inserts help keep out dirt and provide a finished look when there are no legs and crossbars installed. To install a leg, simply remove the insert.
Once you've set up the bases, installing and removing your roof rack is easy. The Quick Mount legs have an integrated trigger system that creates an easy, tool-free installation. To install a leg in a base, pinch and slide the internal triggers together.
Lower the leg onto the base and slide the internal triggers apart to secure the leg in the base.
Once the leg is installed in the base, replace the cover and lock it to help secure the system to your roof.

Customer Service Quinn was extremely helpful to find bars that would fit with my roll & lock cover because none of the manufacturers would commit to them fitting my cover’s t-slot rails. The only negative comment I would have in regards to the product is the manufacturer’s assembly instructions that came with it were not very good. Fortunately, [online website] came to the rescue!
I needed a roof rack that would fit my Retrax pro XR retractable tonneau cover on my 2022 Ford Super Duty. Quinn is the guy who helped me with this order. He really knows what will work and it turned out perfect. It was easy to install and the quality of the Rhino Rack is excellent.
Looks good and can’t wait to add the flat rack alongside with my water tank. Easy to put together as well.
Everything went together well. Instructions simple enough. My kit did not have the grommets that go into the track foot that mounts to the track, but that's not a big deal, just a way to keep them quiet, i guess.... and maybe they aren't in the latest version. The racks feel solid enough, but time will tell. Replacing another brand that came with my Leer shell. These will be put the test hauling surfboards and kayaks all over the Texas coast.
During a phone call about the options I was advised which roof rack to purchase and the one I wanted (less expensive than the others) was too long. I was told the one I wanted was the wrong size. I re-checked my vehicle and the rack. After the call I went on line and purchased the rack I was advised not to purchase. The rack worked out just fine. The install was not exactly as the instructions described. I was able to figure out how to install the roof racks. I had all the parts needed and several extra parts I did not need. I am pleased with the quality of the product.
I am extremely satisfied with my experience on etrailer.com. The order shipped fast, was delivered in a week which seemed fast for a large box, and all the components I needed were included in the box. This is a great service at a really good price. After looking at the Thule options it was going to be $xxx+ for locking racks. These compatible Rhino Rack HD can handle more weight, have locks included, and were significantly less money. I look forward to getting some J style kayak carriers for my next purchase. I’ve already recommended this website to my friends.
Best deal I could find and it fit perfect on my yakima rails.
Worked great for my roof top tent for my mountain hunting trips!!!!
This rack worked perfect with the track that came on our Fleetwood pop-up camper. The rack came with 3 sizes of square nuts to fit different sized tracks.
Exactly what I needed. The bars are fairly long for my Toyota Tundra bed cap, but not too bad and I will definitely have the space to haul bulky or large items. Quality is great, however a little surprised that some key parts were plastic (the pegs that lock into the bases/feet for example). Keeping cargo within the weight rating I'm sure it'll be fine. I originally ordered 60" Thule bars and podium feet from [online], but after opening the boxes and looking at the overly complicated feet and attachments I repackaged everything and returned it. With the Thule system, everything is a la carte - the feet, the locks, bars, bolts, channel nuts, etc. After spending many hundreds of dollars, and what I thought was everything, I realized I still needed to buy additional bolts, nuts, etc that were very pricey. I wasn't even sure which parts I needed exactly as the descriptions are limited (In my case, pick-up truck bed cap roof tracks) and the lack of organization and simplicity with the product boggles my mind considering the price! The Rhino Rack system is by far much simpler and the quality and durability is much much greater. For a less price it's a no brainer for me and the customer service and follow-up with etrailer is outstanding.
After significant research I chose this Rhino Rack package for my 2016 F150 with ARE top and Yak tracks. The options I considered were the Rhino Rack and the Yakima set up. I wanted a heavy bar so this fit the bill and the etrailer complete package was great rather than trying to piece together the correct components. Additionally the cost was quite a bit better then the Yakima and came with the locks. Package came with all components. Included was the hardware for the Rhino Rack tracks, Thule tracks, and the Yakima tracks as listed. Installation was rather straight forward. I'm pleased with the 59" bars and will include a picture. They extended pass the top of the cap but not out to the base, maybe a third to half way out to the base from the top. Very pleased with the decision to get this package to travel with kayaks.
Works amazingly well over the bed of a Hyundai Santa Cruz, using the T-tracks of the factory tonneau cover. Includes T-nuts that fit the track. You just need to be clever to figure out how to hold them in place as your thread in the bolts. A magnet helps, as does a long Allen wrench to hold under the nut and press it up against the track as you slide the base over it and thread in each bolt.
Great price and fast shipment
Product arrived super fast and in great packaging. Easy to put together by following the supplied instructions. Fit great in original Thule tracks just like advertised. Thanks!
Other than the loud whistling sound that they make going down the road they’re pretty solid and have good places to hook straps too.
I wish there was a way to keep it from whistling.
Great quality, amazing shipment tracking system! 100% recommend etrailer.com!
Great product, great service (couldn’t even get local places to call me back.).
Product is exactly what I wanted/need. Price was extremely fair. An excellent product. Can’t wait till I get my kayak on it.
I like the design. They are stronger than just being round. The directions weren't that clear but was able to figure it out with a little common sense and mechanical know how.
I had a bad experience. I wish I would have made my purchase elsewhere.
Fantastic product! I overland with my truck and the racks are amazing! No flex with all my gear and the awning and I love the channel design.
Arrived in a timely fashion. All the necessary parts . Easy to install. Very satisfied. Prior I tried to order direct from the manufacturer- nothing but problems
Fits my RTT very good
