These 65" heavy-duty crossbars are built from structural-grade, extruded aluminum, giving you serious strength without extra weight. The 220-lb capacity means you can confidently load up ladders, conduit cases, or cargo boxes for long trips. The square, black design keeps things sturdy and balanced while the rubber strips in the channels help cushion your gear and prevent shifting on rough roads.
No tools needed here. The Quick Mount legs use built-in triggers for an easy on-off setup. Just squeeze the internal triggers together to release the legs from the bases, then slide them apart to lock them back into place. Once it’s installed, you can leave the bases mounted in the tracks and remove or reinstall the rack whenever you need it.
The leg bases mount right into standard Thule or Yakima roof-rack tracks for a secure, adjustable fit. Pivoting bases offer 33 degrees of adjustment to help level crossbars on uneven surfaces. Precision-molded inserts cover the bases when the rack isn’t installed, keeping the channels clean and giving your setup a finished look.
The built-in C-channels on top of each bar are made for Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty accessories and carriers. Whether you’re carrying a ladder, paddleboards, or camping gear, the full-length underbar slot gives space to adjust attachments exactly where you want them. Rubber strips in those channels also help reduce slipping and cushion your load while driving.
Once everything’s in place, locking covers let you secure the legs to your roof so the system stays put when parked. The glass-reinforced nylon legs and aluminum bars hold up against years of use, backed by a limited lifetime warranty for long-term peace of mind.

I needed a roof rack that would fit my Retrax pro XR retractable tonneau cover on my 2022 Ford Super Duty. Quinn is the guy who helped me with this order. He really knows what will work and it turned out perfect. It was easy to install and the quality of the Rhino Rack is excellent.
Exactly what I needed. The bars are fairly long for my Toyota Tundra bed cap, but not too bad and I will definitely have the space to haul bulky or large items. Quality is great, however a little surprised that some key parts were plastic (the pegs that lock into the bases/feet for example). Keeping cargo within the weight rating I'm sure it'll be fine. I originally ordered 60" Thule bars and podium feet from [online], but after opening the boxes and looking at the overly complicated feet and attachments I repackaged everything and returned it. With the Thule system, everything is a la carte - the feet, the locks, bars, bolts, channel nuts, etc. After spending many hundreds of dollars, and what I thought was everything, I realized I still needed to buy additional bolts, nuts, etc that were very pricey. I wasn't even sure which parts I needed exactly as the descriptions are limited (In my case, pick-up truck bed cap roof tracks) and the lack of organization and simplicity with the product boggles my mind considering the price! The Rhino Rack system is by far much simpler and the quality and durability is much much greater. For a less price it's a no brainer for me and the customer service and follow-up with etrailer is outstanding.

These crossbars are great! The delivery took a long time and etrailer refunded the purchase like true professionals. But the crossbars eventually delivered and they work great! The install was easy and they mounted directly to my Leer 100XR camper shell with the factory rails. I have shopped etrailer before and I have always been impressed. I’ve had the Rhino Roof Rack cross bars for one year now and they have been great! They are easy to adjust and lock in rock solid! Would recommend them to anyone!
This rack worked perfect with the track that came on our Fleetwood pop-up camper. The rack came with 3 sizes of square nuts to fit different sized tracks.

Rhino rack bars look great on my truck’s roll & lock tonneau cover! Customer Service Quinn was extremely helpful to find bars that would fit with my roll & lock cover because none of the manufacturers would commit to them fitting my cover’s t-slot rails. The only negative comment I would have in regards to the product is the manufacturer’s assembly instructions that came with it were not very good. Fortunately, [online website] came to the rescue!
This roof rack has worked out well for my needs. I have a 270° awning, rooftop shower and rifle case used to hold recovery gear all mounted to them. Extremely easy to mount stuff to them because they used the same hardware as electrical unistrut.
I am extremely satisfied with my experience on etrailer.com. The order shipped fast, was delivered in a week which seemed fast for a large box, and all the components I needed were included in the box. This is a great service at a really good price. After looking at the Thule options it was going to be $xxx+ for locking racks. These compatible Rhino Rack HD can handle more weight, have locks included, and were significantly less money. I look forward to getting some J style kayak carriers for my next purchase. I’ve already recommended this website to my friends.
I have flush mount rails, not tracks. This setup does not work for my 2025 Chevy Trailblazer like it says it did
After significant research I chose this Rhino Rack package for my 2016 F150 with ARE top and Yak tracks. The options I considered were the Rhino Rack and the Yakima set up. I wanted a heavy bar so this fit the bill and the etrailer complete package was great rather than trying to piece together the correct components. Additionally the cost was quite a bit better then the Yakima and came with the locks. Package came with all components. Included was the hardware for the Rhino Rack tracks, Thule tracks, and the Yakima tracks as listed. Installation was rather straight forward. I'm pleased with the 59" bars and will include a picture. They extended pass the top of the cap but not out to the base, maybe a third to half way out to the base from the top. Very pleased with the decision to get this package to travel with kayaks.
The rack more than exceeded my expectations. It was easy to assemble and mount on the cap of my Tacoma truck. I was pleasantly surprised by the aerodynamics which virtually eliminate wind noise, even at highway speed. I pirchased the rack as a permanent mount for a 4rod flyrod holder which I use daily for fishing. The Rhino keeps everything “tight and right”. It has worked perfectly for nearly three hundred trips and over 15,000 miles this year.

Still going strong after two years of constant use. This rack and the rod holder have been on the vehicle exposed daily to the harsh sun and salt of coastal SW Florida.

Everything went together well. Instructions simple enough. My kit did not have the grommets that go into the track foot that mounts to the track, but that's not a big deal, just a way to keep them quiet, i guess.... and maybe they aren't in the latest version. The racks feel solid enough, but time will tell. Replacing another brand that came with my Leer shell. These will be put the test hauling surfboards and kayaks all over the Texas coast.

product works fine.. durable enough.. I will say these things are NOISY. lots of whistling. Ive heard there are simple methods to quiet them down, but havent tried them yet.
Attached these to Yakima tracks on my pickup copper. Loaded our two 13’ kayaks on them last weekend. Worked great, easy to install. It was missing a couple parts, I reached out to etrailer with what parts were missing and they came in the mail yesterday. Excellent customer service and very satisfied with the product.

The Rhino Rack HD crossbar kit for tracks fits my SyneticUSA Pro retractable cover perfectly. RR includes several track nuts of different sizes to match to your particular track. I love the quick detach capability of the towers and that they also lock for security. The HD bars are essentially the same dimension of 1 5/8" unistrut/superstrut so you can find all sorts of attachment hardware outside of what RR makes. This makes it easy to securely bolt your gear down to the cross bars and customize with easy to find hardware at your local home depot. The 65" HD bars are perfect for a mid size truck like my Tacoma.
