Question:
I have a 2025 Ford F150 super crew cab pickup with a Leer 100XL fiberglass cap. The Kerr XL has factory installed Thule tracks. Will this Rhino rack fit? What length cross bar do you recommend for my truck/camper setup?

It sure will Guy. The mounting legs included with the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Thule Tracks item # Y01-140B-NT are going to attach directly to your Leer 100XL's Thule tracks. This roof rack includes 65" long square crossbars. It has a 220 lbs capacity and includes everything you need to get setup.
The other option is to go with the 54" Bars long Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Thule Tracks item # Y01-120B-NT. This is an identical setup it just has shorter crossbars.
Either length will be sufficient for your topper and they are close to the sizes recommended for a roof rack on your F-150.
What do you plan on mounting to the crossbars on your topper? If you could let me know what you're going to be using your crossbars for, I can point you in the right direction length wise.

Guy, I've had 2 sets of Rhino Rack HD bars. 1 set on a Leer RCC and 1 on an ARE. Couldn't be happier. Heavy duty enough for multiple bundles of EMT and really easy to remove when they are not needed. I think both of mine were 65" If needed I can measure for you. They make plenty of accessories for whatever you might be carrying.

Put rino rack on my 2024 Ford STX to transport. My 53 lb canoe and it has worked out well.

I've had the rhino rack for a year and it has worked great. I've carried at various times 2 kayaks, canoe, several 4x4 posts, 10 2x10x12 boards and more. Just make sure you know the maximum weight your topper can carry. You don't want to damage it by overloading it.
