Hey Jeff, yes 65 inches is the max length of HD crossbar for the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Thule and Yakima Tracks # Y01-140B-NT that you referenced but we do have a solution with the 78 inch HD bars part # RRRB2000S-2 and the feet kit part # RLTP-2 and you'd have a 78 inch crossbar setup that fits your current ARE tracks.
