Hey Nick,
The Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Thule and Yakima Tracks # Y01-140B-NT uses an M6 24x24x4 Nut to mount into tracks and wouldn't be able to clamp down on the attachment points in your bedrails. You would need the Adarac Aluminum M-Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A28VA, which is designed to work with your mounting points. The rails will allow you to slide the towers around as needed so that you can carry a larger variety of items with different crossbar spacing requirements instead of just being stuck at your mounting point spacing.
