  In order to mount Thule WingBar crossbars # TH711320, you would need both the Thule Evo Flush Foot Pack # TH710601 and the Thule Fit Kit for Podium-Style Foot Packs # TH186007. What the fit kit does is create mounting brackets specific to your 2017 BMW X3. These brackets are needed in order to secure each of the rack's feet to your roof.
