The GlowStep Revolution vertical stud adapter bracket is made specifically for trailers without vertical brackets that extend out perpendicular from the trailer's frame or "predrilled step frame outrigger mounting brackets" to install the GlowStep Revolution.
The vertical stud adapter bracket is attached underneath your step allowing the GlowStep Revolution to bolt directly to the bracket.

Now, this GlowStep Revolution Vertical Stud Adapter Bracket Kit is made specifically for trailers without vertical brackets that extend out perpendicular from the trailer's frame or pre-drilled step frame outrigger mounting brackets to install the GlowStep Revolution. Now, this Vertical Stud Adapter Bracket is attached underneath your step, allowing the GlowStep Revolution to bolt directly to the bracket. So, on your screen, I'm giving you a few images there just to give you an idea of what this is going to look like when it's installed and how it's going to be installed. So, hopefully it gives you a good idea of what to expect.
You are going to receive everything that you see here on my table before me, and then you're also going to get hardware and instructions, and this is directly from TorkLift, so you can have the confidence that you're not gonna have any issues using this with your GlowStep Revolution Steps. Yes, see attached photos. I sent these pictures to Torklift Tech support to let them know their vertical adapter kit purchased from eTrailer did not fit my Host truck camper. Torklift support steered me to SherpTek which makes and sells adapter plates for the Host TC’s.
This bracket has one job; it allows the GlowStep Revolution stair frame to be attached to trailers with vertical studs, as seems common on Jayco designs. It's heavy, solid metal that seems well powder-coated. It has a lot of flexibility to adjust for many applications. It's the only way I was going to get the GlowStep Revolution installed on my trailer.
The down side? The hardware. Check your bag before you start. Mine was missing a lot of the smaller components. I was able to install without them, but the self-drilling screws broke in my trailer frame (to great frustration). I ended up getting good hardware from the local hardware store to finish that last step. You may want to do the same.
Worked great, exactly what we needed for our 2008 Jayco Eagle fifth wheel step replacement. We had already purchased the Torklift A8004 steps but needed this to complete the install. This product is a little pricey but VERY well made.
If you have issues going up and down the steps on your RV, these are the steps for you. Yes, they are a bit pricey but they fit in the original spot of your steps and the rise is 7". These have made a world of difference for us. Highly recomended.
These brackets worked perfectly with the vertical studs that our stock steps were mounted to.
