Question:

Our 2020 Jayco Whitehawk 24MBH has the moride steps that dump dirt and water in the camper and prevent closing the door with steps deployed when not level. I want to instal Torklift steps and mount them on the exterior. The frame does not have brackets for traditional steps. Understanding that I’d have to cut the skirting to make a step well, do the vertical adapter brackets allow for installation of the Torklift steps? How do they work? Do they bolt to the frame and the floor? Installed photos or video of the adapter brackets would be great. Thanks.

You are correct that the TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Vertical Stud Adapter Bracket # TLA8022 you were looking at will bolt to the frame of your 2020 Jayco Whitehawk 24MBH and then to the underside of your door sill. I attached a few photos of the adapter installed on a set of steps, but wans unable to locate any videos for you.

Since your 24MBH has a different design of steps currently, the adapter bracket # TLA8022 will more than likely be needed.

TorkLift shows the TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear # TLA8002 as a confirmed fit for a 2019 Jayco Whitehawk 24MBH, so it will likely be the same step for your 2020, but you will want to measure your entry height to confirm. The # TLA8002 is designed for entry heights between 18-1/2" - 28" as shown in the included picture.
