These steps make getting in and out simple and secure, even when the ground isn’t level. The scissor design adjusts smoothly for entry heights between 16" and 23", and each step has a 7-1/2" rise that feels natural. At 20" wide and 8" deep, the treads give you plenty of space for steady footing whether you’re carrying gear or helping a pet climb in.
Each step has a built-in SureGrip tread that keeps your footing solid in wet or dusty conditions. The glow-in-the-dark tape charges with just 5 minutes of light and glows for up to 10 hours, lighting the way without batteries or wiring. It’s a simple feature that makes nighttime entry much safer.

Made from aircraft-grade aluminum with stainless-steel hinges, these steps are built to last but still weigh only about 16 lbs. They’re rustproof, sturdy, and rated for 375 lbs, so they stay firm without flexing. The hinges are bolted together so you can add, remove, or replace individual steps when needed.
When it’s time to move, the steps fold up to just 9-1/2" deep and lock in place for travel. You can pull a cotter pin and slide out the connection pin to remove the step assembly by hand—no tools required. It’s quick to set up, stow, or detach whenever space or clearance is tight.

Glad to hear you got a deal Joseph! That is quite the set-up, and looks like the kind of peaceful place Bigfoot would hang out at, any sightings?

Glad to hear it was an easy install, Paul! Adjustable feet are a good idea! I will see what TorkLift has to say about maybe adding them on in the future. : ) What did you install these on?

Nothing has really changed after another year. Steps still function great. Theyre still well attached to our FWC Fleet and they are still a PITA to fumble around with to attach them. I will likely never keep them permanently attached as I feel that the steps ....our couple year old version anyway....are not well designed for that and I would be concerned about the potential for over straining the attachment points and the attachment method wooden frame of camper with lag bolts on the camper because of over the road vibration. I still suggest that Torklift redesign the pin attachment method for connecting the steps to the attachment frame....wider, pointed pins with a wider hole to put them into and a correspondingly wider frame and attachment bracket to the pins into. If any of that makes sense. That would make the process simpler and easier....especially in cold weather andor the dark and it would be considerably stronger. Still...all things considered.....Im glad we have them. Even with the described flaws, I have yet to see anything better.

That is so cool - I gotta know more! What's the origin story behind the Campulance? Was there an emergency need for a weekend getaway?
