Could Torklift Revolution Step Replace Lippert Flexco Steps on 2017 Wildwood Heritage Glen 368RLBHK

Question:

I have a 2017 Wildwood Heritage Glen 368RLBHK fifth wheel. Id like to replace the Flexco 3 step with a 4 step model like the Torklift Revolution. However, I want to be sure about what size to get. My current step - a Flexco 3 step model - has an exterior mounting width of 27, the steps themselves are 24inch wide and the step opening is 35inch off the mostly level ground. The step opening itself is just over 29inch wide. The Torklift TLA8004 says its 27 7/16inch wide with 24inch steps, and another narrower model TLA8104 is 25 7/16, and the steps are only 22inch wide. It seems like I should be able to use wider 24inch steps, but can you help me confirm which size to get? You can see photos of my measurements here: Thanks,

The Torklift Steps like the part # TLA8004 can be made to replace your Flexco steps. The mounting base dimensions are 27-7/16 inches wide. In a worst case scenario some of the mounting brackets may need to be moved around, but the steps themselves will fit in the area you have now.

You may also want the vertical stud adapter bracket part # TLA8022. You are most likely going to have to remove your current brackets to make room for the steps but with these brackets you can make it work.
