Today we're going to take a look at the Valterra lead-free flush mount water inlet. It has a two and three-quarter inch white plastic flange and a half inch brass male pipe thread fitting. Now this is a flush mount water inlet with a lead-free design. It does conform with federal and state laws for drinking water fixtures. We had mentioned it has this two and three-quarter inch white plastic flush mount flange. Right here the fitting, it's a half inch brass male pipe thread inside connection with a check valve on the inside.
On the outside it has this press in dust plug that you can put right over the connect. If you'll notice right here it has the garden hose swivel fitting with the gripper on it. Now this part includes everything shown here on the table. It includes the water inlet itself. It includes three installation screws for installing it, some insulation putty tape when you install it and some pipe thread tape when you make your connection. That should do it for the review on the Valterra lead-free flush mount water inlet with the two and three-quarter inch white plastic flange and the half inch brass male pipe thread connection..

Replacement check valve solves your problem with a broken, leaky city water inlet. Feeds into your RV's fresh-water lines with a 1/2" MPT connection.Purchased this to replace factory water inlet fitting that leaked in both directions.
Factory piece had plastic threads for the hose end, this piece has metal threads. Came with screws and putty, replaced the factory unit perfectly! No more leaks!
Shipping was super fast!
This is my 3rd try and 3 different brand of these plastic check valves. The original on the travel trailer leaked a steady drip from day one from 2017. I figured it was time to stop the leak. I tried one brand same leak, tried another same leak. I used Teflon pipe tape and then a Kevlar pipe sealant still leaked. The tolerances on these plastic pipe fixtures are terrible. Looking at the threads you can tell they’re going to leak. So I’m back to square one with the constant fast drip. I also tried a brass check valve before I learned you can go brass female to plastic male but not plastic female to brass male. The treads won’t seal.
Products are of excellent quality. I can't wait to get them on my camper and start getting it looking close to new again.
Perfect fit, easy to install. Working great.
Just received flange, haven't installed yet, perfect match for my damaged one.

Did you try using some plumbers putty or some butyl tape?
