Today, we're going to take a look at the Valterra Gravity Fill Water Inlet for RVs. This one is white in color. Now, this water inlet for RV is a gravity fill design. It's made of a UV-stabilized plastic. Right here you can see it does have a 1/2 inch air vent for a fast fill. It does use use a bayonet style cap for a quick, reliable seal.
Just twist it, and it locks it into place, and you can see when you remove it the cap's connected to this nice tether. Keeps you from misplacing the cap. Also, the connector right here, you can actually twist that, and that can slide right out also. Then to put it back in, just line it up, twist that into place and then go ahead and put the cap right back on. This part comes with everything shown here. It includes the inlet itself.
It includes three of the insulation screws for installing this, and some putty tape for the installation. Again, the color on this is white. I'll give you a few dimensions. Overall diameter edge to edge is going to be right at 4 1/2 inches, and the cut out diameter, the inner part is going to be right at 3 1/2 inches.
