The corners wore through at the back top and bottom of the cover. The process for determining length led to a cover that is too long.
Everything went well except that a strap tore during the first storm. That cascaded into a ten foot tear in the fabric. I doubt the winds exceeded 30 mph. I followed the installation instructions and believe I installed it properly. It tore beneath the cap and below the six foot fence line (fence within 3-5 feet of trailer). I'm under the weather right now but will try re-installing later this winter. I'll use big straps to secure it vertically. Stuff happens. I'm still a customer.
