It includes two 50" JetStream crossbars, four BaseLine towers, and a custom fit kit designed for a precise installation. Built from aluminum, the bars are strong enough for loads up to 165 lbs (always respecting your vehicle’s own limit). Whether you’re carrying kayaks, cargo boxes, or camping gear, this system gives you a solid platform that stays stable on the road.
Wind noise can turn a quiet drive into a constant hum. These JetStream crossbars are shaped for smooth airflow to help cut down that noise. The push-down rubber strips fill in the open channels, sealing against the wind and keeping vibration low. You’ll notice a quieter ride without having to make any tweaks or wrap cords to reduce whistling.
Loading carriers shouldn’t mean trimming rubber or fiddling with inserts. The JetStream bars use push-down strips that flex open as you slide in your hardware and then spring back into place. That keeps installation straightforward—no trimming required—and helps seal out dirt and water while maintaining the rack’s clean look.
Whether you’re hauling bikes, skis, a canoe, or a rooftop box, these crossbars are compatible with most universal cargo, water, snow, and bike carriers that mount in top channels or clamp around the bars. That means more freedom to use the gear you already have and swap setups between seasons without changing racks.
If you want extra security when leaving your vehicle unattended, you can add Yakima Same Key System (SKS) lock cores (sold separately). Once installed, they help deter theft of the rack while keeping your setup simple and easy to manage with one key system.

Tghe racks have remained on since I installed them correctly, no thanks to your video. I read the manual it came with.
