It is the Thule SquareBar Evo Roof Rack item # TH84ZA. This kit includes mounts that will attach directly to your Outback's raised rails. The Square bars included with item # TH84ZA measure 50" long x 1-1/4" wide x 7/8" tall and have a 220 lbs capacity.
