Thule has changed their square bars since you bought the rack you have so you'll need to replace the bars as well but we can help you get setup with everything you'd need.
You'd need the fit kit part # THKIT3101, the podium feet # TH460R, and the 50 inch crossbars # TH712300 and you'd be set. For 60 inch crossbars you'd instead want the part # TH712500. This fits the tracks you have and would not require drilling.
