Question:

I want to install the Thule Squarebar Evo roof rack system on my 2023 Toyota Rav4 PRIME with a flush rail type of roof, and wondered if you sell this complete system with crossbars that are 135 cm or 150 cm? Your web site says the bar length that comes with the system is only 127 cm.

On your 2023 Toyota RAV4 with the Thule SquareBar Evo roof rack you do have to stick with the 50 inch crossbars. The reason is because Thule crossbars use a channel underneath to mount to the feet, but that channel only runs a short distance, and there isn't enough room on the longer bars. So if you are okay with the 50 inch bars on your '23 RAV4 with flush mounted rails, the correct parts for your '23 RAV4 with flush-mounted rails are the following:

- Thule SquareBar Evo Crossbars - 50" Long # TH712300

- Evo Fixpoint Feet for Thule Evo Crossbars # TH49SC

- Fit Kit # TH78RE

The other thing I recommend considering are locks for the rack to lock it to your RAV4, which you can get with the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400.
