Can you please forward me a link that includes the locksets for each for the flush mounted TH7503?

For your 2016 Mercedes GLE 350 with raised roof rails I'd recommend the part # TH7503-TH7503 for an OEM looking crossbar roof rack with silver bars. These are a flush mount bar that won't protrude past the feet of the rack either.

If instead you are looking for the longest bars you can use you'd instead want the part numbers # TH711420 and # TH710401.

The lock set you need for the Thule Aeroblade Edge roof rack part # TH7503-TH7503 is part # TH450400. I attached an install video for this roof rack on a similar vehicle as yours down below as well.
