Is it possible to purchase just the square bar Thule Evo foot and fit kit for a 2025 Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid. I already have Thule square bars from a current roof rack. Thanks.

I do want to make sure though, does your 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid have the flush mounted rails that run front to back on the roof? The Thule SquareBar Evo Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points - Steel - Black - Qty 2 # TH94UG you were looking at is designed for that style. I have the towers and fit kit for that listed below, but let me know if you have a different style of roof.

One other thing, are your square bars the newer or older style? The newer style (Thule SquareBar Evo Crossbars - Steel - 50" Long - Qty 2 # TH712300) has a slot cut into them so they can attach to the towers (see picture) whereas the old ones do not.

Yes. My 2025 Rav4 has the flush mount rails. And, I also have the newer "slotted" square crossbar. Will order the evo foot and fit kit when my Rav 4 gets delivered. Thanks for your help!

@DavidM Nice. As you are probably already aware, the Thule Hullavator needs between 4" and 8" of overhang with the crossbars to fit properly, so let me know if you need longer bars. We should have them for you. : )
