My panel started to not be very responsive when pushing the buttons. Shortly thereafter the entire panel went out. This product was plug and play. Very easy to replace. Works like new.

The replacement Touch Panel works great.3 of the 4 switches work fine. I will check the last switch when the camper is hooked to the truck, so I can use the Retract all switch to raise the front jacks.
I called directly to e trailer and spoke with Lakysha, and she helped me answer a couple of questions I had, and I placed an order with her. Will place an order if needed with e trailer.

by:

Identical to the controller I had. Installation was very easy. Have not tested it yet.

  • Can The Touchpad Of A Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System Be Swapped Out For A Different One
Hey Eric, Do you only have the OneControl touchscreen inside your trailer or do you also have a separate controller on the outside or in an exterior compartment? You should have a controller that looks like either the # LC421484 or # LC74FR. If not can you send me a picture of the control module you currently have and any part/serial numbers it has listed on it?

  • What Does "Hall Power Short" Mean For Troubleshooting On Camper Touch Screen Panel?
The hall power short error you are seeing is describing an issue where one of the wires on your hall effect jack/actuator which measures travel is shorting to a ground circuit. This is most likely along the wire on your camper but it could also be caused by the jack/actuator or controller itself. As this is more of a complicated task to diagnose you might consider having the work completed at a service center especially if your camper is under warranty. You can also try changing out the...

  • Troubleshooting a Lippert Level-Best Leveling System that Suddenly Stopped Working
There may be a bunch of different reason why your Lippert Level-Up system has suddenly stopped working. The most common reasons are due to a dead battery, extending your jacks too far, or a blown fuse. The first thing you should check for is the easy stuff, so in this case that'd be a blown fuse. If the fuse is blown, then simply replace it and see if it works. If not, move to the battery. You're going to need to make sure that it's not dead and reading normal voltage. If it's dead, allow...

Hey Scotty, thanks for reaching out! I contact my tech guy at Lippert and this is what he said in regards to your situation: "There are a few things that will affect the hitch height. The first thing is when unhitching from the tow vehicle before pressing auto level need to make sure that the unit is nose high, then run the auto level. After they get an auto level success, there can not be any movement from the leveling system. So no manual adjustments, or that will erase the hitch height...

  • Troubleshooting Lippert Leveling Jacks Won't Stay Up
Hello Dan, it sounds like you are having a problem with your Lippert hydraulic leveling system. is this a new system you just installed recently? Or is this an older system that has worked before, and now it is not working? What have you tested already? Are you able to manually retract the legs? Or are they permanently stuck in the down position? Try manually retracting the jacks and check for any fluid leaks. Try checking the wiring harness connections at both the controller and the...

  • Troubleshooting Lippert Level Up System Taking Long Time to Work After Pressing Buttons
I reached out to my contact at Lippert regarding the issue you're having with the Level-Up Hydraulic System on your trailer/RV. He said the symptoms you described are likely due to a faulty touch pad, but there is one thing he wants you to check before replacing it. If you unplug and remove the touch panel there will be a black and green wire behind it. The green wire is for ground and the black wire is for power. Make sure the green wire is securely attached and use a circuit tester...

  • Troubleshooting Lippert Level Up Return Leveler for Service Error Code
Hey Sherman, the "Return Leveler for Service" message is a general code therefore I don't have any specific troubleshooting steps for it. That said, all you need to do to clear the code is press the retract button and enter button simultaneously, holding for about 3 seconds. Now try and use the system and see if it works or has issues. Let me know either way. For the error you have it is telling you that one of the following is occurring. Parking Brake not engaged. Engine is not running...

  • Troubleshooting Blinking Red Light on Level Up Auto Level Trailer System
The blinking red light indicates an error in the system. Most codes can be cleared by pressing "retract all". Hold the button if it is slowly blinking faded red because that is a jack fault. Hold until the jacks begin to retract. If that doesn't solve your problem, consult OneControl Touch Panel or OneControl App for instructions.

  • Troubleshooting A Non-Working Auto Hitch Height Function On A Quick Touch Pad For Ground Control 3.0
Hey Ed, If you use the hitch recognition button on the Quick Touch Pad # LC74FR while the front of the trailer is below level the button will not work and would force you to use the OCTP. The front of the trailer will need to be above level for the button to function properly. If the trailer front is above level and the pad is still not working then I would unplug it for 10-15 minutes for it to fully power down and reset and then plug it back in and try again.
