Today we're going to be taking a look at part number Cam 59193. This is your Camco propane supply hose. It's going to measure 60 inches long. It's going to let you connect an auxiliary propane cylinder to your RV or trailer's propane regulator. Here on this end we're going to have the type 1 Acme nut. It's going to connect to the Acme or POL connection on your propane tank.

On the other end, we're going to have the 1/4 inch inverted male flare. This is going to connect to the 1/4 inch inverted female flare on your propane regulator. It's going to connect to the female inverted flare on other Camco products as well such as part number Cam 59133 and Cam 59125. Those are sold separately. When installing this you don't have to worry about using Teflon tape or thread sealant.

That is not required. This unit is going to provide thermal protection in case of fire and excess flow protection in case of a broken gas line. It is rated for 200,000 BTUs per hour, and it's going to feature the brass fittings, which is going to last a long time. Those are going to stand up really well against rusting and corrosion. That's going to do it for today's review of Cam 59193. This is the Camco 60 inch propane supply hose with a type 1 Acme nut on one end and a 1/4 inch inverted male flare at the other..

Excellent. I fully expect the propane to run out during the height of tonight's sleet blizzard, so that I will need to install the beautiful, new, 60 inch Camco Propane Supply hose in the dark, without problems from the product itself. Hopefully, the squirrels will not chew its unprotected hose before we can find an appropriate metal cover. Although our tortoise-speed internet connection does not always fully load their web pages, making tracking here difficult, etrailer.com invariably delivers exactly what we order, in prime condition, well packaged, and in quite timely fashion. They also provide speedy responses to E-Mailed inquiries. I highly recommend etrailer.com.

I live in a fifth wheel rv in northern Oregon. I rely on propane for heating and cooking 24/7. The longer hose was just what I needed when switching to other bottles when ones in unit got empty. Good product. Looks like it will be quite awhile before I need another one

The 5 foot extension with the acme nut has an odd connector on the other end. I want to go from the 1/4 to 3/8 for my regulator. The end you sent me is male but the end is inverted in and not out to join with an adaptor. I have been to five major stores and spoke to an expert in this field and was told this is a very odd connection.
