Hi everyone. Aiden here at the trailer. Today we're be taking a look at these mounting clips for your technique slim LED lights. And here's what that mounting clip looks like installed. It's kind of hard to see with the light in place because it is so low profile, but that's where we've got it clipped into the light. So these clips come in a pair of two so if you need more than two for a longer strip light, then you can pick up more kits.

But in our case right now, we've only got two installed and it's holding onto the light perfectly fine. Whenever you slide these into the clips, they get a really strong hold. And one thing I would recommend is just making sure you pick up screws that are small enough. They don't come with any screws from the factory, but you can pick out your own and make sure that the head of the screw is both shallow enough and going to be narrow enough so that it doesn't interfere with where that light slides into the clip. Now, because you have to slide it into the clip from the side, rather than clipping it in and pushing it in, you are gonna need to have a nice long flat space to mount it up.

And if you've got a really long light, then you're gonna have to account for that. So in our case with our camper shell, I had to slide it in from the side and at a certain point I would hit the side of the camper shell. So that did kind of affect how I mounted these up and the order I put them in. So I had to kind of speed the light in, then move it back. So depending on your installation, and the application that you're choosing, you might find a little bit of funkiness with that, but overall it's not too bad.

It's a black powder coated steel and I think it's gonna last just as long as the light will. That's been our look at the mounting clips for your technique slim LED lights. Thanks for watching.
