Lithium Compatible Converter To Replace WFCO WF-9855

Question:
RRI have a 2019 Winnebago with a Mini plus 27RBDS whith a WFCO WF-9855 converter. I upgraded to 2 100-amp lithium batteries however it seems my current converter does not charge lithium batteries. Will the Progressive Dynamics 9300/ PD79RR be a direct replace my converter?

Hello Victor, thanks for reaching out. The Progressive Dynamics 9300 Series RV Converter Charger # PD79RR will work great for replacing your WFCO WF-9855 converter. We recommend this model as a replacement quite frequently in fact, since it has the lithium charging profile.
That said, this is technically not a direct replacement for your unit, so some modifications to the mounting may be needed depending on how much space you are working with. The Progressive Dynamics # PD79RR is 8" long x 9" wide x 3-5/8" deep.

Jesse, thanks for getting back with me. My current charger is 8.75 long X 6 wide at the base and 4 inches high. I do have plenty of room to play with. It appears that I may have to move the mounting holes inboard a few inches but I don't foresee an issue with having to do that. Are the connections the same as my current unit?
